Lunch

  1. Organic grilled chicken with a side of quinoa and mixed greens

  2. Lean grass-fed ground beef with organic white rice and organic broccoli 

  3. Wild caught Salmon with mixed greens and an organic sweet potato

Dinner

  1. Organic shrimp with chickpea pasta 

  2. Organic chicken (roasted or grilled) with organic asparagus and quinoa 

  3. Grass-fed steak with organic sweet potatoes and organic green beans
