WHY?
​Why choose the whole foods diet?
Processed foods are the norm of today's culture. Foods being made in a lab, with artificial sugar, bad fats, high sodium, and few nutrients, are terrorizing our health and longevity. Contrary, a whole food is something found in its natural matrix of proper proteins, fibers, and fats. It is food in its natural state without the presence of processing.

By eating whole foods, (lean meats, vegetables, fruits, grains, etc) our body gets the nutrients and vitamins it needs to function. Without these nutrients, our body can perform worse and have fewer cognitive abilities. Eating whole foods allows you to achieve the best version of yourself on a level where you act, think, and feel 10 times better. ​

Imagine a world where everyone ate healthy, whole foods. A world where everyone ate what they were supposed to eat. Would there be drama, violence, depression, or even sickness? Understanding this possibility, the mission of this diet is to figure that out. If we all ate healthy and got the nutrients we needed to function metabolically, mentally, and physically, then this world would be better off.
